Gift Aid declaration for visitors who are UK taxpayers.

Please treat as Gift Aid donations all qualifying gifts of money made from the date of this declaration and in the previous four years. I confirm that I have paid, or will pay, an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each year (6th April one year to 5th April the next) that is at least equal to the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations for that tax year. I understand that the charity will reclaim 25p of tax for every £1 that I give.
